Good view since the room like I expected, also the inside of the hotel is great, I enjoy the pool with a bar, the breakfast in 35 floor, Italian dinner in 38, better that I expected in fact, so that is a good point for lovers of Italian food, and 39 for Thai food. Also was clean the room every day, with clean bed and towels, and they put water, would be great if I find inside the freezer because the hot was extremely. Near to the metro, in the last days we found that was better than grab or tuk tuk. In general a great experience in the hotel. Is a good point when I enter to the hotel or their restaurant and they already know me, it happens whit a few employees. Thanks a lot to the girl with the blue jacket in the lobby for all.

We booked a room for 3 nights incl. the Sky Lounge Pass for special offers in the Medinii Restaurant in the 35th floor from 5-7pm daily and e free flow of selected drinks. Additional we could join the breakfast buffet in the same location with amazing views in the Morning and the evening at sunset. The food and the selection was great and delicious. On One evening we joined the Thai Restaurant on the 38th floor with an amazing atmosphere and a great service - the food was outstanding delicious for a reasonable price. The location is central and also a lot of shopping malls are around, as well as the distance to sightseeing spots is acceptable. The Theme of the hotel is delivered from the Lobby to the 38th floor.

The room was an excellent size with good amenities. Breakfast was adequate for our needs but the action of getting breakfast was not so easy. We had a club room which meant breakfast was included but we were asked to sign for it each day and when we checked out we were sometimes charged and sometimes not charged, all at different rates. Juice was mostly asian style, guava etc and there was no access to european juices etc.

room layout is good for single traveller, compact, not crummy and yet hommie, location is perfect, easy to go everywhere, just beside train station, staff is helpful, polite, and friendly, great bed and pillows, shower is good and water is hot and good pressure, toilet is clean

Excrement location near terminal 21, and the Asok BTS. Excellent view from the room, and I loved the layout of the room. Phenomenal spa right next door to the hotel.

The hotel has a nice location and a very comfortable bed, making it a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. However, there were a few downsides. The wait for the elevator was often long, which was a bit frustrating. The breakfast area tended to get crowded after 9 a.m., but having breakfast earlier was much more pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the pool area at all, as it didn’t meet my expectations.
